Digital Maturity Index
Applied research project · Nielsen, Elissondo, Errandosoro and Cortés — UNICEN
An interactive platform to assess the digital maturity of organisations, identify technology gaps and design digital transformation plans.

Description
The Digital Maturity Index is an academic model developed at the School of Economics of UNICEN. It assesses five dimensions (strategy and culture, talent, information technology, market and customers, and business processes) and measures the gap in each one against an optimal maturity level. Its purpose goes beyond measuring technology adoption: it informs digital transformation plans and tracks their progress over time. The platform turns it into a tool for self-assessment, assisted assessment, university teaching and research.
