A test to understand the entrepreneurial profile of each person and their team: 10 competencies, applied knowledge, decision style and a development plan.
Description
The test combines 30 behavioural statements across 10 competencies, 8 applied-knowledge situations and 3 decision scenarios. It returns a competency profile, potential contributions to a team and a development plan. It is an experimental diagnostic tool: it is not a validated psychometric scale, does not measure personality and does not predict a venture's success.
