A trip to analyse China's innovation and technology ecosystem, engaging with large companies, industrial parks, digital hubs and leading universities.

Description

China is the new epicentre of innovation and technology. The experience travels through Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hangzhou, with a theme at each stage: industrial digitalisation, hardware innovation, the open-source ecosystem, the digital frontier and green technology. It closes with a ceremony and certificates of participation.

Main activities

  • Hong Kong: Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), Invest Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong.
  • Industrial digitalisation: the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation zone and Honor's intelligent manufacturing park.
  • Hardware innovation: BYD's automated assembly line and DJI's flagship store.
  • Open-source ecosystem: Tencent's digital experience centre and the Huaqiangbei electronics market.
  • The digital frontier: Alibaba's exhibition hall and Xiaoshan Turing Town, with AI companies such as Unitree Robotics.
  • Green technology: Everbright Environmental Energy and Hangzhou DaDi Ocean Environmental Protection.
  • Closing: ceremony and certificates of participation, with a visit to the Argentine Consulate (to be confirmed).
